Our Team
Gary Miller (CEO) and Dave Zeller (President and Chief Operating Officer) are the co-founders of FirstAgain.
The two also co-founded PeopleFirst.com which became the nation's largest online auto lender prior to its sale
to Capital One Financial Corporation in October, 2001. Gary and Dave believe that innovative products and outstanding
customer experiences are all too rare in the financial services industry. They remain passionate about changing this.
Because they are co-founders, Dave and Gary receive lots of credit (and equity) but they don't do most of the work.
Randy Ellspermann is the CFO and, together with Gary and Dave, represents the company's executive management.
Randy raises money for the company, talks to investors, and oversees how the company spends its money.
That's a lot, but Randy does not do most of the company's work either.
No, most of the company's work (especially if you are a customer) is performed by people like our computer and
quality assurance gurus who built and installed this wonderful web site and loan processing system, our marketing
types who creatively find our customers, our underwriters who astutely evaluate loan applications, our admin staff
who keeps the company smoothly operating, and last but certainly not least, the customer service representatives who
smartly and politely answer emails and phone calls and quickly solve any problems that our customers may have. These
people do most of the work, deserve most of the credit, and in whom we are most proud and indebted.
